Delivery & Returns
We offer FREE Standard delivery in Scandinavia for all orders over 500 NOK.
Delivery to other countries in Europe is 179 NOK by DHL Express.
Delivery time is approximately:
- 1- 3 working days (DHL Express)
- 3 - 10 working days (Standard shipping)
Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, our deliveries may experience some delays on top of the delivery times mentioned above.
- To send an item back you must include its original packaging and take into account that it must arrive in to us in perfect condition in order to get a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, without signs of use.
For hygiene reasons, returns of the following products are not allowed: ear cuffs or stud earrings.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
When the right to cancel is exercised, the goods must be returned to us within a reasonable amount of time and no later than 14 days after notice has been given on the intention to exercise the right. The buyer must cover the direct costs associated with returning the good, unless otherwise agreed.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will figure it out.
